I know this may be a little soon and I'm okay with that. In looking at this upcoming year we have tentative dates already. I wanted to post this on the website to see if these dates would work for people. We are thinking of August 15 - 18. I'll see if I can figure out how to post a poll to get some feedback. Any comments will gladly be welcomed.

We will plan on that date. I think it is a good idea to get a date set early so people can start planning.
